Can I really issue invoices online for free?

Yes. The Štart plan, €0 forever, includes 50 invoices per month with every feature (PDF/A-3, UBL XML, QR PAY, IČO autofill). No card, no ads. Details and limits on the free invoice page.
Which client address should I enter?

Just the 8-digit IČO. Company name, street, city, postcode and VAT ID are pulled from the public Slovak registry. For an individual without an IČO you enter the details manually — they’re saved in the client database and ready for next time.
How does the client pay the invoice?

Three ways: (1) scan the Pay by Square QR code in a Slovak banking app — amount and VS are pre-filled; (2) bank transfer to the IBAN with the variable symbol we generate automatically; (3) by card via the Stripe link straight from the invoice. Once payment lands the status flips to “paid”.
Is the invoice compliant with Slovak law?

Yes. The PDF carries every mandatory field per § 74 of Act No. 222/2004 Coll. on VAT. The UBL XML matches European EN 16931, which the Slovak e-invoice 2027 act adopts as its reference schema. For B2B from 1 Jan 2027 you must also have the XML — you do.
Can I send the invoice straight from the app?

Yes. The invoice goes out from the 1faktura.sk domain by email in Slovak, Ukrainian, English or German. The attachment includes both PDF/A-3 and UBL XML. You can see when the client opened the email, so you know whether to follow up.
How do I add my logo and stamp?

In account settings upload your logo (PNG, SVG, up to 2 MB) and an image of your stamp or electronic signature. The template places them on the PDF and UBL XML automatically. The custom logo is part of the Lite plan and above.
