Ready for 1 January 2027.

From 1 January 2027 every B2B invoice in Slovakia must be issued in structured UBL 2.1 XML per law 385/2025 Z. z. Our generator produces XML that matches the European EN 16931 norm — you can issue it today, archive it, and after 1. 1. 2027 simply send it to your customer.

Is it really free and without registration?

Yes. The generator runs 100 % in your browser — no server request, no registration, no database storage. The form remembers your in-progress invoice via localStorage (the browser's local storage), so you can close the tab and come back later.
Does the issued invoice meet the legal requirements?

The PDF output contains every mandatory field per § 74 of the Slovak VAT Act (222/2004 Z. z.): identification of supplier + customer (including IČO, VAT ID, tax ID if entered), issue + delivery + due dates, description of the supply, quantity + unit, amount before VAT + VAT + with VAT per line, totals grouped by rate, and the total amount due.
Why UBL XML too?

Does QR PAY work?

Yes. The generator automatically creates a Pay by Square QR code and embeds it in the PDF. The client makes the payment by scanning in any Slovak banking app — SLSP, VÚB, Tatra, ČSOB, Poštová banka, mBank, 365.bank and others. The fields (IBAN, amount, variable symbol, due date) are prefilled.
How do I download the PDF — I can't find a „Download“ button?

Press „Download PDF“ — the browser print dialog opens. Choose „Save as PDF“ as the destination (Chrome / Edge: default option; Safari: bottom corner — PDF dropdown; Firefox: „Microsoft Print to PDF“ or „Save to file“). This trick gives us perfect Slovak diacritics without loading external fonts.
Is my data sent anywhere?

No. The generator is pure client-side JavaScript — no network request carries your data. Form data live in your browser's localStorage, the PDF is rendered through the built-in print function, the XML through a Blob URL. Open Developer Tools → Network and check for yourself.
Can I mix VAT rates on one invoice?

Yes. Each line has its own rate (23 / 19 / 5 / 0 %). An invoice may, for example, contain restaurant services (19 %), regular consulting (23 %) and an export outside the EU (0 %) on the same document. Totals are correctly grouped by rate — both in the PDF and the UBL XML.
What about recurring invoices?

The generator suits ad-hoc invoices. If you issue regularly (more than 5 per month) it pays off to move to the full 1FAKTURA — it keeps history, archives 10 years automatically, integrates with your bank and from 1. 1. 2027 sends the UBL XML via a digital postman. The Štart plan is also free (50 invoices / month, forever).
